Who We Are
Cat Care Volunteers must:
Be eleven (11) years of age or older to volunteer with a parent, sixteen (16) years of age or older to volunteer under supervision of an experienced volunteer, and eighteen (18) years of age or older to volunteer alone.
Cat Care Volunteers must complete animal care training.
What We Do
Cat care volunteers are responsible for keeping all cat living areas and cages clean. Yep, they scoop the litter boxes and sweep the floors, but they also make sure our felines are fed and provided with fresh water. Cat care volunteers also take care of some house-keeping tasks such as washing food dishes and doing the laundry. But most importantly, these volunteers spend time with our cats, brushing them, petting them, playing with them, or even just talking to them. Basically, cat care volunteers make sure our cats are healthy and loved until they find their perfect forever home
